Construction Supervision and Consulting Service for Epc Package 2 Execution
These Services are Limited to a Ugandan Company (Find the Definition of a Ugandan Company under the Petroleum (National Content) Regulations 2016). The
Ugandan Company Bidding for the Services is Recommended Where Possible to Partner with Highly Qualified International Engineering Company. Kingfisher Epc Package 2 Comprises of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation of a Permanent Camp. Supply Base and Safety/Security Check Station
The scope of work for the Supervising Contractor will include, but not limited to, the following:
a) Develop ITP on material receiving, civil works, welding works, equipment erection works ...etc
b) Review and approve the Construction execution plan and ensure that the construction schedule has been met.
c) Quality Control and Quality Assurance of construction activities to ensure project target and standards have been met.
d)Assist in Construction HSE management and interface management together with other project management Members.
E) Review and Verification of Punch List, Change Order Request, and Mechanical Completion Request.
