Tenders are invited for Provision of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning services for hydrocarbon processing and storage facilities, collection systems, field infrastructure, collection network and shipping system in Ain T`Sila. The main elements of the project include: -Review, verification and endorsement of the FEED study provided by the Groupement; -Project management, engineering, retail design, construction, commissioning, start-up and performance testing; - Procurement, inspection, transport, freight forwarding, customs clearance and on-site delivery of all required materials and equipment; -Execution of all construction activities (civil engineering and associated infrastructure, mechanics, electricity and instrumentation). This includes the provision of all temporary facilities and support services for the site. The scope of the work includes five (5) individual lots which can be awarded in the form of a single contract, namely: - The collection network which will connect the already drilled wells to the treatment center (CPF) via the pipes, manifolds and main collection lines. All associated systems of control and telecommunication instrumentation will also be provided. The treatment center (CPF) comprises: - Facilities for the treatment of the fluid emanating from the reservoir for the production and export of the three hydrocarbon products (LPG, Condensate and LPG) ii. LPG storage tanks and condensate. iii. Power plant, utilities, and fire water systems and firefighting systems. iv.Production water treatment and evaporation ponds. v. Centralized control room, ICSSI, and laboratory. Industrial Base - including warehouse, storage areas, maintenance workshops, administrative offices for operations and maintenance, emergency center and associated security camp. Three product pipelines (dry gas, condensate and LPG) with associated stations equipped with isolation valves, pipelines will start from the CPF at the various connection points of the SONATRACH TRC transport network.
