The Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) is meant to provide a comprehensive solution for managing the creation, capture, indexing, storage, retrieval, and disposition of records and information assets for the whole of BTC. Digitization and process automation inherently bring a need for awless information exchange within an ecosystem; directly to customers and back in for service provisioning. The advent of a paperless capability is greatly magnified by the envision seamless intra and inter transactions complementary to BTC digital transformation agenda. BTC strategically and with infrastructural poise envisions such levels of e iciency and upkeep of information integrity through the deployment of the world class electronic document management system (EDMS). The EDMS is to be aligned to internationally renowned standards together with other complementary standards to deliver a seamless paperless capability.
