Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of E Software License.

A non-refundable deposit of BWP 1, 000.00

1. Bidders must comply with the
following as at the date of submission
for their proposals to be considered:

i) a minimum of 25% equity ownership
by Citizens of Botswana.

ii) management control as follows:
• 50% Citizen representation at Board level; and
• 70% Citizen representation at the
Executive management level.
iii) have an Employment Equity Policy.
iv) conduct back-office services locally.
(v) Demonstrable local procurement of goods and services.
2. Bidders are required to provide proof of payment of the non- refundable deposit and their preferred email address where the Invitation to
Tender document will be emailed.
