Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Drilling and Completion Waste Transportation Services.
Submission of bids before 4pm/1600hrs (EAT), Tuesday 17, 2022
CNOOC Uganda Limited (CNOOC), a subsidiary of China National Offshore Oil Corporation, and an oil and gas

exploration and production company, and Operator of the Kingfi sher Development Area located in Kikuube and Hoima

Districts contracted the Consortium of Luwero Industries Ltd & China Oil HBP Science & Technology Corporation Ltd (“The Consortium”) for the provision of drilling and completion waste collection, transportation, treatment & fi nal disposal services.
The Consortium would now like to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from licensed professional and competent Companies/ Consortia to provide waste transportation services as part of its implementation support services.
The Interested Companies/Consortia should be able to provide brand new units of skips for solid and liquid waste collection from rig side at well site and Vacuum and Carry trucks for the transportation of the same to the planned treatment center
