Quotation are invited for Provision of Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCR) Outbuildings Roof Replacement for the U.S. Mission in Maseru.
a. Removal and disposal of existing Harvey Tile roof panels and flashings to
structural framing.
b. Repair/Replace existing wood purlins and framing.
c. Installation of new trusses at Roof Area B transition from sloped roof to lowsloped roof in Domestic Quarters building.
d. Repair/Replace existing wood purlins and framing.
e. Installation of new insulation in attic space.
f. Installation of reflective foil faced underlayment.
g. Installation of new masonry to match new height of Roof Area B.
h. Extend existing chimney height.
i. Installation of new metal Klip-Lok roof panels.
j. Installation of new flashings at penetrations, chimney, walls, and perimeters.
k. Installation of new metal crickets at chimneys and curbs.
l. Any repair and replacement of wood fascia, soffit and joists as deemed
necessary during removals.
m. Touch up painting of exterior wood fascia, soffit, and trim.
n. Reuse of existing gutters and downspouts
