The services will support operations in Somalia and Kenya and may be made available to other eligible United Nations entities. The scope of services includes collection, transportation, tracking, customs facilitation where applicable, and delivery of diplomatic pouches, documents, parcels, medical shipments, and small cargo consignments on a door-to-door and/or door-to-airport basis.
