The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for East Africa (UNODC ROEA) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Provision of Catering Services in Maydh and Saylac, Somaliland. The United NationsOffice on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for Eastern Africa (UNODC ROEA) is looking to procure catering services. UNODC ROEA seeks to engage a catering service facility in Maydh and Saylac Somaliland to provide: • Outside Catering services for for full day duration of a period as advised. This willinclude Packed lunch inclusive of a soft drink, tea, coffee, and water to be served at the communicated time.• Provision of a variety of foods (local and/or international cuisine), including fruits and beverages, throughout the provision of services. • Water and tea/ coffee on a flask and lightrefreshments (sweet and salty snacks) are to be provided in the morning. • Packed lunch including kosher/ halal diets. (Rice / pasta; Fish / meat / steak; banana on every meal. • Soft drinks water, hot tea / coffee on flask, soda, or Juice • The food should be delivered to the venue already cooked, kept warm and ready to be served. • An adequate staffing level should be ensured.
