Expression of Interest are Invited for Provision of Consultancy Services for the Implementation of Iso Standards.
The objective of this exercise is to invite qualified and eligible consulting firms/consultants to express their interest for the provision of consultancy services for the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013. The CEB will also consider the implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 55001 at a later stage.
Description of Assignment
The selected consultancy firm/consultant will be required to carry out the following key tasks:
(i) to define and validate the implementation scope of the selected ISO standards;
(ii) to perform a gap analysis of the existing system (process, procedures, documentation, etc) against the requirements of the selected standards and produce a gap analysis report;
(iii) to plan together with the CEB ISO project team on the ways to address the gaps in order to develop the mandatory system (process, procedures, documentation, etc) as required for the selected ISO standards and to guide the CEB ISO project team on the successful and effective implementation of same;
(iv) to develop customised training course material in soft copy as well as hard copy for the conduct of all necessary trainings;
(v) to conduct required trainings that will include (i) top/senior management briefing; (ii) planning, documentation and implementation workshop for ISO project team, (iii) planning, documentation and conduct of internal audit (iv) awareness programme for all employees;
(vi) to evaluate the actual implementation of selected ISO standards through internal audits, identifying areas of improvement and providing assistance in taking corrective action including closure actions;
(vii) to guide the ISO Project team in making an application for certification and to provide assistance for engaging external certification agency for certification audit and extend support during certification audit;
(viii) to co-ordinate the different asks/activities leading to final certification of the CEB and ensure that the CEB is certified by the selected certification body within the agreed timeframe as well as assist during the subsequent surveillance audit period.
