1. The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) has a requirement for the Provision of Construction and Maintenance Services at MONUSCO premises in Beni the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).2. In this regard, it is being planned to outsource the construction and maintenance services to the private sector through a service contract.3. MONUSCO is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the provision of services which will be required in Beni and its Area of Responsibility (AOR).4. Provision of Construction and Maintenance Services Works will be determined, on an "as and when required" basis to satisfy MONUSCO requirements. 5. All works are to be carried out by the contractor in compliance with relevant international standards and as specified. 6.The required works includes of construction or maintenance of all soft and hard wall building for office, living and recreational accommodation along with the support infrastructure such as ablutions and showers. 7.
