The subject of the tender is the provision of car sharing services for the operational mobility of the city administration of Karlsruhe
The contractor (hereinafter referred to here) contains a reliable, efficient system that at least from its own vehiclesor rented parking spaces, booking software or access technology and support by the employees of the AN.
7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the inner city area, within a radius of 4 km around the town hall on the market square, there are sufficient vehicles for at least 30 bookings per working day to cover the employers of the employees.
The AN offers a location-based car sharing system in whichThere are fixed locations at which the vehicles can be picked up and parked (see also point 4.6. Locations).
A supplementary "free floating" system must also be provided with at least 50 vehicles.
The AN is in the urban area during the contract termKarlsruhe permanently secure an availability of at least 250 vehicles.
Due to the different requirements of the users, the different types of vehicle from small cars to upper middle class and van/van must have ready.
