The contractor provides call center services (inbound calls) for the client. The service provider's task is to provide general information about IKK Suedwesthow to coordinate callbacks via a secure email process for specific information regarding individual cases. Specific information on individual cases may not be provided. The following basic times must be ensured by the contractor:

- Monday to Thursday from 6 p.m. bis 7:30 a.m. the following day,

- Friday from 5 p.m. to Monday at 7:30 a.m.

- On national holidays from midnight to midnight. In addition, call center services can be provided flexibly for up to 300 hours per calendar year between midnight and midnight. AdditionalThe following peak times (only overflow calls) must be ensured:

- Monday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
