!. Background
Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course [RUGC] is currently redeveloping the Kigali Golf Course into an 18-hole golf course and practice range to international standards. The eighteen-hole course shall be developed with various support structures and amenities spread across the three different wings
As part of this project, soon the golf course will re-open, we want to create a vibrant space for our visitors to meet, collaborate, relax, or work.
Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course [RUGC] is seeking expressions of interest from artists to produce artwork for the clubhouse, administrative block, and the underpass tunnel; the key objective of this commission is to produce an eye-catching, site-specific, contemporary graphic artwork inspired by the golf, the course and/or the natural history.
We are now inviting the interested artist to visit the site for inspiration and imagination;
Shortlisted applicants will be asked to provide the following information:
Details regarding the installation of the work and materials surrounding the work
A proposed timeline for completion
Detailed budget
The story behind, the message he is sending.
