Provision and operation of a transshipment facility for municipal waste in the northern district area (in particular Velbert, Heiligenhaus and Wülfrath) including transshipment of the delivered waste as well as the transport of the transshipped waste to the client named disposal facility. The statutory facility is currently the thermal waste treatment plant (TAB) in Wuppertal.
