Tenders are invited for Provision of Agbami 4c OBN 4d Monitor 3 (m3) Seismic Processing Services to Support Deep Water Drilling and Completion Operation

Interested Applicants must be able to provide following as required for Provision of Agbami 4C OBN 4D Monitor 3 (M3) Seismic Processing Services:
 Process Agbami Monitor-3 4C 4D Ocean Bottom Node (OBN) seismic data and reprocessing (co-process) of Monitors-1 and 2 over approximately 229sq. km of node area and 582sq. km of shot carpet area in water depths of about 1170-1830m in 4Q 2015 from navigation merged field tapes through a prescribed Pre-stack Depth Migration sequence with a range of PSDM algorithms (all with TTI capability and capable of being implemented in a mirror imaging manner)
 Provision of QC test products for review by Client Representatives at all stages.
 Generation of Angle stacks Volumes and requested AVO products
 Capability to deliver requested products in SEG-Y format on 3592 tapes and on Network Attached Storage device.
 4C P-S wave data processing
 Submission of final processing report within 2 months of project completion

Mandatory Requirements:
a. To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested bidders are required to be pre-qualified and “live” in the Nipex Joint Qualification System (NJQS) database Categories 3.10.02 (2D/3D/4D Seismic Data Processing Services). All successfully pre-qualified bidders in this category by the bid close date will receive Invitation to submit Technical and commercial Tender (ITT).
b. To determine if an intended bidder is pre-qualified and in order to view the product/service category that such bidder is listed for: Open http://vendors.nipex-ng.com and access NJQS with your company log in details, click on Products/Services tab to view your status and product codes.
c. If you are not listed in the product service category you are registered with DPR to do business, contact Nipex office at 8-10, Bayo Kuku Road, Ikoyi, Lagos with your DPR certificate as evidence for verification and necessary update.
d. To initiate and complete the NJQS prequalification process, access www.nipex-ng.com click on services tab followed by NJQS registration.
e. To be eligible, all tenders must comply with Nigerian Content requirements in the Nipex system.

Information:
1. Suppliers eligible for this tender opportunity are expected to be pre-qualified and ‘live- in NJQS under this product/service category .The ITT and any further progression of this tender shall be via Nipex.
2. All costs incurred by interested bidders in preparing and processing NJQS prequalification shall be solely for the interested bidders- accounts.
3. This advertisement shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on the part of CNL to award any contract to any company and or associated companies, sub-contractors or agents, nor shall it entitle prequalified companies to make any claims whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from CNL and or any of its partners or affiliates by virtue of such companies having been prequalified in NJQS.
4. The tendering process shall be the NNPC contracting process requiring pre-qualified companies to submit technical and commercial tenders first. Following a technical review, only technically and financially qualified bidders will have their commercial tenders opened.
5. CNL will communicate only with authorized officers of the pre-qualifying companies and NOT through individuals or Agents.
