Tenders are invited for Providing Travel Tickets, Hotel Accommodation, Visas, Travel Insurance, Transportation (Reception and Farewell), Medical Tests Required for Travel and Any Other Services Related to Travel.

Therefore, we invite local and international companies specialized in this field that have the expertise, competence, financial and human resources necessary to provide these services and wish to apply for the purpose of pre-qualification for this work, to fill out the attached questionnaire or come in person to receive a copy of the questionnaire from the company-s headquarters (mentioned below). Required services (in short) :

The winning company shall provide any of the following services upon request by Al-Waha Oil Company, and the services are :

• Reservation and issuance of travel tickets in Libyan dinars and foreign currency .

• stay outside Libya (Hotels, Apartments) .

• Reservation of meeting rooms and their supplies .

• Reception and farewell services abroad and the provision of transportation to and from the airport .

• scheduling of requests for interviews booking and payment of fees for the purpose of issuing the visas .

• Providing travel insurance .

• Providing medical analysis services related to travel in the place of residence .

• Any other services required by the Waha Oil Company and related to travel .



Note that Waha Oil Company reserves the right to choose any of the companies that will be contracted in this regard to provide any of the mentioned services in line with the companies' level of performance of their obligations and the quality of their services provided .





Documents to be submitted for the purpose of pre-qualification :



• Request to express interest in participating in the pre-qualification of this bid. Applicants should also submit this announcement, signed and stamped, with an indication of their approval of all what is stated in this announcement .
