provision of services supporting development and compensating for delays in the form of individual specialist psychological counseling for recipients of services indicated by the Ordering Party, project participants. Support for the deinstitutionalization of foster care in Poznań subregion, residents of Oborniki County, with the capital in Oborniki (postal code 64-600). The activities are short-term psychosocial support of a preventive and diagnostic nature, implemented as part of a social project and do not constitutes health services within the meaning of the provisions on medical activities. The service does not include treatment of mental disorders. If the need for treatment is diagnosed, the participant is referred to the appropriate entities of the health care system. Support services will be carried out by a psychologist: basic order up to 300 clock hours + a maximum of additional 60 clock hours under the option law.
