The subject of the order is a comprehensive delivery, i.e. sale and distribution of high-methane natural gas group E (GZ-50), hereinafter referred to as natural gas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 43, as amended), hereinafter referred to as PE.2. Distribution natural gas will be delivered to the natural gas consumption points indicated in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party informs that it is a recipient of gaseous fuels within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law and in its entirety (i.e. 100% of the volume) is covered by tariff protection.4.
