The Procurement Committee of the General Authority for Endowments and Islamic Affairs is pleased to invite specialized and capable companies to submit their offers to provide the shortcomings of the network unit according to the attached file. Conditions for submission. Attendance to the headquarters of the General Authority for Endowments in the city of Tripoli, Zawiyah Al-Dahmani, opposite the Bin Jaber Mosque. Accompanied by the following: 1 A copy of a valid practice permit 2 A copy of a valid commercial register 3 A copy of the contract of incorporation 4 A copy of the company-s articles of association 5 A recent security subscription tax payment certificate addressed to the General Authority for Endowments and Islamic Affairs The original 6 Evidence of registration in Importers- registry or industrial registry Original 7 in the event of dealing with the representative Assignment letter Original 8 Initial insurance 005 of the offer value Mandatory General notes The period during which the offeror remains committed is 15 days, and no other period mentioned in the offers is taken into account. The financial offer is submitted in a sealed envelope. It is sealed with red wax, and the legal, administrative and technical file is in an open file and complete information about the contents of the envelope is written on it.
