1. providing support services for the telephone customer service system operated by ZUS, including: 1.1. maintenance service, 1. 2. Maintenance support service, 2. extension of the subscription/license for the Standard Software referred to in Chapter II in part entitled "List of licenses" description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ together with the installation and activation of subscriptions/licenses enabling the use of the CKK System for the entire contract period, 3. handing over the maintenance of the System CKK to the Ordering Party or the new Contractor in the form of consultations for a maximum of 20 days (8 hours a day).
