1. The order is implemented as part of investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care", Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" financial resources by the Ministry of Health from the National Reconstruction Plan (KPO). 2. The subject of the order is the expansion of IT systems of the Independent Public Health Care Center in Mława. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in attachment no 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 to SWZ. 4. The subject of the order was divided into 4 parts/packages: 1) Part 1 - HIS and PACS expansion; 2) Part 2 - Implementation of the laboratory system: 3) Part 3 - Employee training; 4) Part 4 - Hardware and software system. The contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts of the contract. The ordering party does not limit the number of parts of the contract that may be awarded to one contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the need for the Contractor to submit offers for the entire product range a given part/package. 5. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 Pzp, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been accepted. the highest rated, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
