Tender Details

1) The subject of this order is the provision of laundry services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements for disinfection and washing processes depending on the product range for the needs of the Mental Health Center in Supsku at ul. Obrocw Wybrzea 4 in the quantities specified in Appendix No. 2 to IDW - Price form. 2) The number of kilograms / pieces mentioned in the Price Form, Appendix No. 2 to the IDW is an estimated quantity and is used to calculate the offer price (i.e. determining the contractor's maximum remuneration). The number of underwear and hospital clothing sent for washing will depend on the number of hospitalized patients. 3) A detailed description of the requirements regarding the provision of services is specified in Part III of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order.4) The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. Art. 91. section 2. The ordering party shall indicate in the order documents the reasons for not dividing the order into parts. In accordance with the procurement plan for 2026, the ordering party will announce a public procurement procedure conducted in a basic mode without negotiations called providing laundry services to the Mental Health Center...
