"SERVICE OF DESIGNING, MANUFACTURING, DISMANTLING AND OPERATING COMPREHENSIVE EXHIBITION CONSTRUCTION IN THE FORM OF A BUSINESS HALL/CLUB DURING THE XV ECONOMIC FORUM IN KARPacz" 1. The subject of the order is the design, implementation, assembly and disassembly service and providing comprehensive exhibition facilities in the form of a hall/business club during the 35th Economic Forum in Karpacz, implemented as part of the "Świętokrzyskie for business" project. 2. The Ordering Party plans to organize a promotional exhibition stand Świętokrzyskie enterprises from industries that fall under Smart Specializations during the XV Economic Forum in Karpacz, which will be held on September 8-10, 2026: (address: Hotel Gołębiewski ul. Karkonoska 14, 58-540 Karpacz). 3. Ordering Party reserved an exhibition space of approx. 153 m2 (the floor plan of the stand is Annex No. 1a to the SWZ, stand location: level 4, room 4.10.), which will be used by representatives of the Marshal's Office of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and will be made available to six entrepreneurs from Świętokrzyskie (sub-exhibitors). The above-mentioned exhibition space of the stand was reserved and purchased in advance by the Ordering Party. The Contractor will not include the cost in question in its offer. 4.The service will include including: 1)Designing and arranging the room, including operation and dismantling 2)Barista service 3) Catering service 4)Accommodation service for exhibitors 5) Media support 6)Consecutive interpreting service ...
