Tenders are invited for Providing First Package of the Consultancy Services for Sultanate of Oman Pavilion for Expo 2020 Dubai.

Tender Fees: RO 150/- (Non Refundable).

Deadline for Tender Document collection Monday 19/2/2018.

All specialized companies registered with the Tender Board desirous to participate in the above tender may obtain the tender documents from the Secretariat of the Internal Tender Committee in Ministry of Commerce and industry for the fees referred above from8 am to 12 pm. starting from the date of releasing this announcement to the date stated above.

The Specialized commercial activities, which includes the services required for the first package of the
design and construction protect of the Omani pavilion for Expo 2020 Dubai are as follow:

1. Software and multimedia design and programming.
2. Research and development in applied science and engineering
3. Content research and development.
4. Architectural Engineering Consulting
5. Spatial planning.
6. Environment. Interior design and experimental design.
7. Graphic design.
8. 30 imaging
9. Animation design and implementation.
10. Digital and interactive design.
11. Photography and filming.
12. Project Management.

Notice
Because the scope of the activities and services required to be extended by the tenderers to implement the project are multiple and diverse and cannot be earned out by a single company or Institution, an interested and capable Omani companies and institutions can enter into a partnership or alliance or subcontracting between them or with non-Omani specialized companies to bid for the implementation of the project.

All offers shamed the conditions and specifications and shall be accompanied by a provisional tender bond In the sum of not less than 1% of the offer value in the form of bank guarantee or certified cheque issued by a local bank, valid for (90) ninety days from the date of submission of the offers should be submitted signed and stamped in a wax-sealed envelope, addressed to H E the Chairman of the Internal Tender Committee with the name and number of the tender only The envelope should not reveal the identity of the bidder. Offers not attached with a provisional tender Bond with not be considered All offers shard be deposited In the tender box located In the reception of the Ministry`s main in Grater Muttra before 10:00 am of the date stated in the above schedule. Offers received after the dosing date will not be converged.

Tender opening should be in the presences of a representative of the bidder and preference will be given to offers with high percentage of Romanisation The Ministry is not bound to accept the lowest or any other submitted offer. Results of the tender opening will be announced m the Ministry`s website www.mocionian-eov.om.
