Providing a comprehensive gigabit broadband network and offering broadband telecommunications services in underserved areas (dark gray spots) of the city of Nidda in the economic gap model

The city of Nidda (hereinafter: "concession provider") has the goal of providing comprehensive servicesto create gs-capable access to gigabit networks. In addition, the concession provider pursues the goal of strengthening its business location and ensuring the competitiveness of its companies. Therefore, concession agreements should be concluded with telecommunications companies for the construction and operation of Gigabit networks as well as the provision of end customer services in the areas specified below. The concession provider has, as part of the federal funding program, "Guidelines for funding to support the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republicepublik Germany - Gigabit Guideline 2.0" submitted an application for funding and received funding in a provisional amount. In addition, the concession provider applied for co-financing in accordance with the "Guideline for the Promotion of Gigabit Supply in the State of Hesse" and received it in a provisional amountwillingly received. The funding is to be provided through investment aid in the amount of the so-called economic viability gap, i.e. the difference between the present value of all income and the present value of the expenses for network construction and operation.
