Providing central service desk services for ARD, DLR and DW The aim of the award procedure is to re-tender the central service desk in ARD. The services to be provided essentially include the provision of a central 1st level telephone support (TS) as well as a field service (FS) operating on site at the respective broadcasting companies (RFA). The scope of services is described in detail in document 3. Technical part / service description. Due to the complexity of the Project, based on the services to be provided and existing dependencies on the respective RFA, should be a framework agreement with a basic term of 48 months and four automatic extension options for 12 additional months be closed for a maximum of 96 months. The ARD ("Association of Public Broadcasting Corporations of the Federal Republic of Germany") is an association of public broadcasting corporations in Germany. The cooperation of the Broadcasting is a key concern of ARD. There have been numerous collaborations on television and radio programs for several years. The “Assignment for Structural Optimization of Public Broadcasting in the Digital Age” obliges the ARD state broadcasters to implement the measures defined therein.
