To ensure high service quality, to strengthen customer loyalty and to provide support digital transformation processes, the client intends to award comprehensive call center and customer service services. The subject of the tender is the year-round (24/7) receipt and processing of incoming customer requests with an estimated monthly call volume of approx. 7, 500 calls.
