1. The SADC Secretariat herewith invites companies/firms to submit Bids to for the following contract: Works contract for the Proposed SADC Standby Force Regional Logistics Depot at Rasesa, Botswana, to attain initial operating capability.

5. A compulsory pre-tender clarification site meeting with representatives of the Procuring Entity will take place at Rasesa, Botswana on 27th July 2022. Bidders are supposed to assemble at SADC Head Office at 0900 hours, ready to go to Rasesa at 1000hrs. Bidders who arrive at the site after 1300hrs shall not be admissible. All costs in connection with attendance of the pre-tender clarification meeting shall be borne by the bidder.
