Tender are invited for THE EMPLOYEES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (ERE) was set up by Government in 2005 to democratise land ownership by giving Mauritiari citizens a direct slake ii the Productive resources of the economy. EREIT plans to develop a residential/commercial rnorcellement at Haute Rive- Rivière du Rempart. In this context, bids are invited from Local Contractors having the necessary qualifications and experience for the construction of all onsite infrastructural works for the morcellement. 2. Eligibility This Lnvitation for Bids Is open to contractors duly registered with the Construction Industry Development Board who have In the last 10 years carried out at least one (1) project of similar nature of a minimum project value of Re 100 Million and meeting the qualification requirements described in the Biddmg Documents. 3.
