Tenders are invited for Proposed Alterations. Rehabilitation and Extension of Intensive Care Unit (Icu) at Motebang Hospital in Leribe District.

Interested Eligible Bidders may Obtain Further Information from Ministry of Health, Ground Floor. Procurement Unit, Contact Procurement Specialist or Project Engineer at lesothocovidl9proiect@qmail.com and Inspect the Bidding Document during Office Hours 0800 to 16i0 Hours at the Address Given below.
5. The Bidding Document in English may be Purchased by Interested Eligible Bidders upon the Submission of a Written Application to the Address below and upon Payment of a Nonrefundable Fee of lsl3, 000.00. The Method of Payment will be Electronic Fundstransfer (Eft) or Cash Depositatthe Bank to the following Account Details of Ministry of Health, Health Sector Reform Project - lc19 Af Ida. Account Number, 11990128210, Trust Fund Account and Ned Bank Lesotho. Proof of Payment should be Submitted to the Project Accounting Unit 1st Floor (Pau 2 & 3) at Ministry of Health, Head Quarters Maseru Thereafter Collect the Bidding Document at Procurement Unit Ground Floor.
6. Bids must be Delivered to the Address below on or before 28th July. 2022 1200hour Electronic Bidding will not be Permitted. Late Bids will be Rejected. Bids will be Publicly Opened in the Presence of the Bidders- Designated Representatives and Anyone Who Chooses to Attend at the Address below at 1300hours at Level 4 Auditorium of the Ministry of Health Headquarters 28th July 2022 1300hour. All Bids should be Labeled as Per the Contract Tittle Stated Above. One Original and Four Copies.
7. All Bids must be Accompanied by a Bid Guarantee of lsl30, 000.00, Construction Traders License, Tax Clearance Certificate, Site Visit Certificate Signed, Bid Form and Power of Attorney.

8. Mandatory Site Visit shall be Held at Motebang Hospital at Leribe on the 6th July 2022 0930 Hour
