Property planning services for the renovation of a student dormitory in 99089 Erfurt Renovation of a student dormitory in Erfurt. The planning services are to be awarded in the service profile of property planning for buildings and interior spaces in accordance with Section 34 of the HOAI in service phases 1 to 9. The scope of services includes the basic services listed in the respective service phases. The Thuringia Student Union intends to use a negotiated procedure with a preliminary competition to award the Property planning services for service phases 1 - 9 for the renovation of a student dormitory in Erfurt. The commissioning should take place gradually. In the first performance level, LPH 1-2 should be commissioned. The client intends to Continuation of the planning and execution of the construction project to call up further management phases. The client reserves the right to commission individual service phases or partial services of individual service phases or individual sections of the construction project to limit.
