The subject of this lot is the property planning services for buildings in accordance with Sections 33 ff. in conjunction with Appendix 10.1 HOAI. Service phases 1 to 9. The contractor is commissioned gradually in the sense of an extension of the contract in accordance with Section 315 of the German Civil Code (BGB) by the client follows: By concluding this contract, the client initially commissions the contractor with the following service phases/levels: - Performance level 1 (= LPH 1 to 3) The further commissioning is carried out by a unilateral written declaration by the client to the contractor Provision of the procedure according to Section 3 AVB.
