Property planning parish church EBE For the EBE project | It is intended to commission the property planning for the repair of the parish church of St. Sebastian Ebersberg from the Rosenheim State Building Authority. The scope of the commission is the property planning of the building in accordance with Sections 33 ff. HOAI 2021, LPH 1-9. The following other specialist disciplines are assigned separately and in parallel: specialist planning for structural engineering (§§ 49 ff. HOAI, LPH 1-6) and specialist planning for technical building equipment in system groups 4 and 5 (§§ 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 1-9). Further Services such as building physics advice, restoration support, construction logistics and scaffolding statics are ordered separately.
