Tender Details

The services to be awarded are property planning services for buildings and interiors in accordance with HOAI §33 ff. The commissioning takes place in stages. In the first project phase, a basic investigation, preliminary and draft planning (LPH 1-3 according to HOAI) should be created. In the 2nd project phase, service phases 4 to 7 are called up, and in the 3rd project phase, service phases 8+9 are called up.
