Property planning Property planning § 34 HOAI LPH 1-5 for general repairs and expansion into an all-day, 5-class primary school with a double sports hall, cafeteria, THV apartment, house for children 2-4-0, outdoor play areas and outdoor parking spaces on the Hirschbergstr. 33, 80634 Munich, 9th district, Munich Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. The listed school building was built between 1901 and 1903 using a predominantly solid construction method. In addition to the original building structure, there are also war-related ones Reconstruction measures, massive water damage, numerous later conversions and changes of use, pollution and fire protection deficiencies must be taken into account. A 3-story pavilion will be built as a modular wooden structure on the school property but not part of the order. The pavilion serves as a storage facility for the elementary school during general repairs and expansion.
