Property planning The subject of the order is the property planning services for buildings in accordance with § 34 ff. HOAI, LPH 6 -9, for the new construction of a 4-class primary school with a triple sports hall and outdoor sports facilities as well as a house for children 2-2-0 and the repair of the Existing building (Daxetstr. 10) in Eggarten/Lassallestraße, Feldmoching-Hasenbergl. - - - The new building is located in the area of the public education area of the 4.2 development plan with green order No. 2143. The area of the new School property covers approximately 23, 575 m² and extends over 21 field numbers (No. 479/30, 479/31, 479/27, 479, 479/2, 479/3, 479/4, 479/5, 479/6, 479/7, 479/8, 479/9, 479/14, 479/16, 480/16, 480/5, 480/6, 480/7, 480/8, 480/9 and 487/4). - - - The The main access is via the school forecourt in the northeast. The sports hall and outdoor sports areas are separately accessible for external use. A neighborhood garage in the north accommodates parking spaces for the school and the neighborhood. The outdoor sports areas are adjacent public green spaces and are affected by the main bicycle route. In the west, noise protection measures are required towards Lassallestrasse. - - - The existing building to be preserved, built around 1921, is located on corridor no. 479/31 am “Schulplatz” (Daxetstr. 10) and is assigned to the school property.
