Property insurance for technical systems The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of property insurance for technical systems as part of the construction and operation of a highly specialized research and production environment (Semiconductor/Cleanroom Technology, APECS Pilot Line). The insurance covers the protection of technically sophisticated production facilities against unforeseen material damage (in particular due to operating errors, design errors, fire, explosion, Short circuit, overvoltage and elementary hazards). The insurance portfolio will be gradually built up and expanded over the course of the project. The systems to be insured are gradually purchased and put into operation. The total value of the currently planned Investments amount to approximately EUR 24.1 million. As part of the EU-funded “APECS Pilot Line” project, the client intends to take out property insurance for technical systems. The subject of the procurement is the insurance of highly specialized insurance technical production and research facilities in the field of semiconductor technology. The systems will be gradually purchased, installed and put into operation as part of a multi-year project. The current estimated total value of the to Investments to be insured amount to approximately EUR 24.1 million.
