Property and liability insurance Liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle and vehicle breakdown insurance The subject of the performance of this public contract is the provision of services consisting of: a) Property and liability insurance (hereinafter referred to as "Property and Liability Insurance"). The subject is in particular insurance of immovable and movable property, insurance of liability for damage or other damage; b) Liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle (compulsory liability) and accident insurance vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "Compulsory liability and accident insurance"). The liability insurance applies to the contracting authority and also to the contribution organizations established by it in Appendix No. 8 - List of co-insured entities. These subjects are insured for the same conditions like the contracting authority for the entire duration of the insurance contract, i.e. from its very beginning. Property insurance of contributory organizations and other co-insured entities will be included in the insurance gradually during the first year of the insurance contract, following the termination of existing premiums contracts of these organizations, as stated in Appendix No. 7 ZD. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into two parts, namely: a) Property and liability insurance - Part 1; b) Compulsory liability and accident insurance - part 2.
