Dynamic purchasing system for financing services
The subject of public contracts awarded in the DNS will be financial services consisting in particular of securing financing in the form of financial leasing, operational leasing or credit, primarily for the purpose of acquiring tangible and intangible movable property, in particular passenger, truck and ambulance vehicles, medical equipment, catering equipment (equipment of kitchens, canteens and similar operations), according to the current needs of the contracting authority, Krajská zdravnosti, a.s., or according to the needs of commissioning contracting authorities. A detailed definition of the subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS, including technical, commercial and contractual conditions, will always be specified in the individual call for tenders pursuant to § 141 ZZVZ.
