The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), in collaboration with the Togolese government, works to strengthen the financing of adaptation to climate change and to the mobilization of the private sector alongside the public sector in climate action. In This framework, and following the adoption, on March 20, 2025 by Togo, of the law fighting against climate change, the FAO supports the implementation of a digital platform aimed at ensuring a continuous, reliable and accessible flow of climatic information for the private sector, At the national and infrannational levels. So through the GCP/TOG/022/GCR project Reinforcement of national and regional capacities for effective management of climate risks in Togo in execution by FAO and the Ministry of Environment and Forest Resources (MERF), the Present restricted consultation mission is launched for the recruitment of a firm. The purpose of this mission is to set up a digital platform facilitating access to climate information, advice and resilient investment opportunities for the private sector, and its popularization.
