The digitization project was already started at Sprinkenhof with the switch to digital processing of invoices in 2019. In the period that followed until early 2023, all files in asset management were digitized, and the incoming correspondence for the processesappropriately adapted and digital solutions developed in the document management system. In the further expansion stages, future phases (removal of the network drives, transfer of further departments, digitization of further files, etc.) are to be accompanied. The document management system "nscale" der Ceyoniq Technology GmbH is in action. The digitization of documents and further development of the system is carried out by external service providers.

Sprinkenhof is looking for a project manager to manage these projects, who will take on the activities described below. Here goes the sprintkenhof assumes that the activities will be carried out by one person. It is expressly not possible to offer a team. The service can only be provided remotely in exceptional cases and in coordination with the head of department. Otherwise the service is provided entirely on site (Sprinkenhof GmbH Burchardstrasse 8, 20095 Hamburg).
