Tenders are invited for Project Management of the Work of Restoration of Facades and Interior Renovation of the Building Siege Du Credit Foncier Du Cameroon in Emergency Procedure

Renovation of facades and exterior fittings:
Site installation;
Renovation of the aesthetics of the building's facades by creating a metal structure and specific glass cladding in alucobond;
The definitive resolution of the waterproofing problem of the roof terrace;
Sanitation of the building;
The development of green space and installation of public benches;
The development of the complete esplanade of the building;
The redevelopment of the reception/reception area on the ground floor (ground floor);
The entire renovation of the basement car parks and the rehabilitation of sanitation.
Interior renovation:
Redevelopment of the Hall of the headquarters building;
Creation of new offices and placo adjustment;
The creation of an ultra-modern training room on the ground floor
The creation of a VIP reception room in the space of the old bank;

This receipt must identify the payer as representative of the company or group of companies wishing to participate in the Call for Tenders.

Under penalty of rejection, each submission must attach to its administrative documents, a bid bond in the amount of three million one hundred thousand (3, 100, 000) F CFA established by a first-class financial institution approved by the ministry responsible for finance and the list of which appears in Exhibit 11 of the DAO, with a validity period of one hundred and twenty days (120) days from the date of submission of the offers.
