GESOBAU AG is planning to build several new residential buildings and a daycare center on the property at Treuenbrietzener Str. 36 in 13439 Berlin. It is planned to hire a general contractor (GÜ) to implement the project. Through this procurement process, the... Project management services are awarded for the aforementioned project. Part of the project management service is the preparation of a GÜ tender (VOB) in the EU-wide negotiation process with participation competition, as well as the support and Evaluation of the award process. The scope of services also includes project management of the planning and execution phases up to the completion of the buildings, the outdoor facilities and the created squares and paths, as well as defect management up to 5 years after completion of the construction project.
