Tenders are invited for Project Management Relating to Technical Control and Monitoring of Bridge Construction Work (Multiple Slab), of the Mayo Bilmiti-West Entry of Marouua in the Municipality of Maroua

The tender dossier can be withdrawn during working hours, upon publication of this notice, at the secretariat of the Municipality of Maroua 1 st against presentation of a receipt for payment of the non-refundable sum of 15, 000 (fifteen thousand). FCFA payable to the municipal revenue of the Commune of Maroua 1 st . This receipt must identify the payer as representative of the company or willing to participate in the Invitation to Tender.

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond in the amount of one hundred and ninety-six thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight (196, 938) CFA francsestablished by a first-rate bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry responsible for finance, the list of which appears in Exhibit 12 of the DAO and valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers. The absence of the provisional guarantee in the Invitation to Tender File leads to the opening of the tenders, the non-admissibility of the offer. The provisional bond will automatically be released no later than 30 days after the expiry of the validity of the tenders for tenderers who have not been selected. In the event that the tenderer is awarded the contract, the provisional bond will be released after constitution of the final bond. Even certified bank checks are not accepted in lieu of the provisional bond.
