About the Role:
Project Management Consultancy
Join a dynamic team with a fast-paced organization. This is a role for someone willing to put the mission first and do what it takes to help the organization succeed. In this Consultancy role, most of the work will be project based on two week sprints and not focused on longer term organizational changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. Implement project management frameworks and tools to streamline processes.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between senior management and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure clear understanding of project goals and progress.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team even if they do not directly report to you. Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues that may impede project progress. Develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Reporting: Regularly update senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations as needed.

Educational and Professional Requirements:
● Bachelor-s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
● Proven experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role.
● Familiarity with project management tools is ideal.
● Complete written and oral fluency in English and French
