The North Rhine-Westphalia State Parliament, represented by the President of the North Rhine-Westphalia State Parliament, intends to replace a four-story dilapidated apartment building with a new building. The demolition of the former existing building is currently in progress. Construction of the new apartment building is scheduled to begin in July 2024be continued.
