The building stock is located in an inner-city location in the Schwanthalerhöhe conservation area (Flst. 8473/8) with a plot area of ​​2, 861 m². The rear building at Heimeranstrasse 68 was listed as a historical monument in 2024; the rest of the building has different construction methods and conditions.
