Project insurance “New Campus” Combined construction and liability insurance for the new building of the educational facility of the Cottbus Chamber of Crafts - LZ Nord in Königs Wusterhausen The Cottbus Chamber of Crafts intends to set up a combined construction service and liability insurance. The subject of this award procedure is the awarding of insurance benefits for the construction project "New construction of the educational facility of the Cottbus Chamber of Crafts - LZ Nord in Königs Wusterhausen". The construction project is due on The Heinrich Heine Street location in Königs Wusterhausen will be built. In the future, the two-story new building will provide training, further education and master qualifications for various trades in modern training workshops, specialist cabinets and more administrative areas. The building is designed as a sustainable, functional educational campus with workshop, school and administrative uses. The insurance is intended to cover the preparation, implementation and realization of the new building cover associated risks during the construction period and, if necessary, other project-specific risks.
