DB InfraGO is planning to build the Digital Node Stuttgart Module III (DKS III). The investment amount for this project is estimated at approximately EUR 2.5 billion. Approximately EUR 1 million of this has already been billed under an existing contract. The new insurance contract advertised here will replace the existing contract. Construction is currently planned to take place until December 31, 2034. The insurance contract begins after the tendering process has ended on the date of Surcharge following a currently existing advance cover. (Type L) In liability insurance, the coverage per claim is EUR 25, 000, 000 as a flat rate for personal injury, property damage and financial loss, including benefits from the Environmental liability insurance. In the planning liability insurance, a separate insured amount of EUR 10, 000, 000 per claim is available as a flat rate for property and financial losses. The aforementioned sums are maximized three times. The Extendend Maintenance in the construction and assembly insurance part is 42 months. The subsequent liability is 10 years for liability insurance and 5 years for environmental liability and environmental damage insurance. The general deductible is at least EUR 25, 000.
