Expression of Interest are invited for Project to Improve Access to Electricity in Guinea (Paaeg).
The Government of the Republic of Guinea has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank to cover the cost of the Guinea Electricity Access Improvement Project (PAAEG), and intends to use a part of the amounts granted to finance consulting services.
Services include: Accounting and financial audit of accounts for financial years 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027 and closing audit.

The Ministry of Energy, Hydraulics and Hydrocarbons represented by Electricité de Guinée (EDG) invites eligible consultant offices (“Consultants”) to express their interest in providing the above services. Interested Consultants must provide specific information demonstrating that they are fully qualified to perform the services (documentation, reference to similar services, experience in comparable conditions, availability of adequate skills among their staff, etc.).
